• Please note that the inverter includes European/Continental plug, you need to arrange the UK one. 

You are entitled to return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of your purchase.
After receiving an item we will verify the product, and if passes inspection we will process your
refund.

In the case of opened items, We will only accept returns if the product is not as described, or if
the product is faulty.

Important: Before returning a damaged item, please make sure you contact Us first, and
provide pictures showing the damage. Upon receipt we will verify the product, and accept the
return if damage is visib. At this point We can give you a Return Number. Any returns made
without making prior contact to Us, and without a visible Return Number on the parcel will not be
processed.
